At the end of July, T-Mobile USA kicked off a new promotion that would allow customers to purchase an iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S at $0 down at pay for the phone over 24 months for $27 each month (for iPhone 5). Today, the promotion has ended, according to TmoNews and confirmation provided to AllThingsD. The offer, interestingly, is still available for iPhone 4 and other smartphones. T-Mobile customers who want an iPhone 5 will now have to pay the older price down of $145.99 and monthly payments of $21. The old price officially goes into effect August 10th (tomorrow).
